He has found a niche in developing small analytic systems to qualify electrical operation of new install material handling solutions. The development of the Tech-toolbox now allows for an economical solution to analyze operations of overhead handling solutions wireless from the ground. the economics of utilizing commercial solutions has been found to be cost prohibitive to customers. In the past to conduct these types of analytics the technician would have to "ride" the crane and be in harms way.
In 2017 the "development" system has been realized. The primary focus was to create a systems that could be deployed remote to the crane, and observed form the ground. This system can be utilized for diagnosis, and load test analytics without placing a technician in harms way.
In 2018 , the system will be expanded into a remote observation system. The goal would be to improve data metrics to provide a customer solution that would be a predictive maintenance tool. Typically customer only call for maintenance when the unit is in need of repair. In production environment this current paradigm is not effective.
